MasterSeal waterproofing is engineered for the movement, traffic and seasonal freeze-thaw that parking and plaza decks actually experience.
MasterTop floor systems come in polyurethane, methyl methacrylate and epoxy formulations, each designed for specific wear profiles: fork-truck traffic, hot-tire pickup, washdown chemistry, impact. A generic coating will not last in those conditions. MasterTop will.
We evaluate the substrate condition, the loads and stresses the slab will see, chemical exposure, and temperature cycling, then match the right MBS product line to the job.
Prepare and prime the surface
Concrete is mechanically cleaned, any cracks or voids are repaired, and the MBS primer designed for that system is applied to ensure adhesion and performance.
Apply the system in layers
MasterSeal, MasterTop or MasterFlow is installed in the exact sequence and thickness specified by BASF, with on-site verification of mix ratios and cure times.
Document and hand over
Once cured, the system is inspected, performance testing is done where required, and a complete project file with data sheets and as-built notes is provided for warranty.

A warehouse or manufacturing floor needs MasterTop because the wear surface has to survive fork-truck traffic, hot-tire softening, chemical washdown and impact without degrading. MasterTop polyurethane and MMA systems are built for those stresses.

When the wear is predictable to be hard, hot-tire pickup, fork-truck traffic, MMA-grade impact, washdown chemistry. MasterTop systems are engineered for those environments and warranty their performance there.
MasterFlow grouts are precision grouts placed under base plates, equipment and structural connections to transfer load without shrinkage gaps. Where standard mortar would shrink and lose contact, MasterFlow holds the connection true.
